I've created this page because I want to make a difference. I'm inspired by the work of the University of South Australia and I will be supporting them by participating in the Pain Revolution 2019.
The Pain Revolution is an initiative that takes pain science knowledge directly to rural Australians, spreading the word to both Health Professionals and the public about what we can now do to help people who suffer from chronic pain.
By creating a network of clinical educators trained up in pain science, and by educating the public about modern treatment approaches, we can help to reduce the burden of persistent pain.
Next year is the third time the Pain Revolution peloton has hit the roads of rural Australia. In 2019, the ride will be in Tasmania, pedaling 700km in 7 days. I am already working hard to achieve this physical challenge, and I will be working just as hard to meet my fundraising target!
Please help me by giving whatever you can using the 'Give Now' button. The more people that know about what the University of South Australia is doing to help people in pain, the greater their impact, so please also spread the word by sharing my page with your friends and family. Thank you in advance for your generosity, it means a lot!
